Accessibility

Evidence anyone can read.

HeaderLume exists to make email evidence that survives scrutiny. The same standard applies to the tools themselves: this site and the app are built to be usable by screen-reader, keyboard-only, low-vision and reduced-motion users. This statement sets out the standard we hold ourselves to, what we actually do, where we deliberately deviate, and how to reach us when we fall short.

Conformance status

This website targets and, to the best of our verification, conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Conformance is checked with automated axe-core audits in both colour themes and in right-to-left locales, plus manual keyboard review — most recently on 2026-07-25. The deliberate design exceptions are listed below.

What this website does

The HeaderLume app

The macOS app's App Store product page lists the accessibility features it supports, so you can check before you buy:

The app also ships in the same 15 languages and runs entirely offline — no accounts, no sign-in, and no network step between an examiner and their evidence.
